Contractual Maintenance Repairs
Having to shell out for a repair for one item is not ideal, but when you have multipleunits the repair charges can quickly add up. We provide repair and maintenance contracts so that you will always pay a set fee, regardless of how many repairs you request.

No Fix, No Fee
Given enough time and money it is possible to fix anything. However, when it comes to certain faults this simply is not cost-effective. From time to time a blanket replacement is more appropriate and in these cases, we will advise you on how to proceed without charging you.

The Repair Process

As soon as you request a machine to be serviced, our team will produce an R.M.A. (return merchandise authorisation). Afterwards, you can post your Motorola / Zebra MC1000 to our repair centre in Ayrshire. Next, we will briefly check out the dilemma prior to scheduling your repair project into our timetable.

The next stage will be to start conducting assessments to understand exactly what the problem with your MC1000 by Motorola / Zebra is. Provided that the repair method is financially worthwhile, we will then begin swapping or repairing any problematic parts.

Our policy is to always test all devices thoroughly after we have them operational again. Some companies will omit this stage. However, if an underlying problem created the original malfunction, then it is merely a waiting game until the machine undergoes the same trouble once again.
